The Shimano WH-MT500/MT501-CL-B 27,5″ Wheelset – Broader front and rear
The Shimano WH-MT500-CL-B or WH-MT501-CL-B 27,5″ wheelset is characterised by larger over locknut dimensions: 110 mm at the front and 148 mm at the rear. Its aluminium rims with 24 mm inner width are each equipped with 24 doubled-butted stainless steel spokes. Sealed, greased cone bearings are used in the aluminium hubs, which are characterised by their resilience and smoothness. The tried-and-tested Shimano E-Thru thru axle system ensures torsional rigidity and strength under all conditions. A version with Micro-Spline freehub is now also available under the model designation WH-MT501. These wheels must be used with a tube.
