The Big Ben Plus Performance wired tyre is equipped with a reinforced sidewall and 3 mm thick GreenGuard puncture protection. Thanks to the ECE R75 approval, it is also ready for use on your e-bike.

GreenGuard®
Same operating principle as used by the SmartGuard but only approx. 3 mm thick. One third of the highly elastic natural rubber is obtained from recycled latex products. Schwalbe has developed its own process technology for this purpose: In the Schwalbe factories, old products made of natural rubber (such as gloves, tubes, etc.) are shredded and returned to production as the basic material via several process steps.

E-50
For E-50 marked e-bikes up to 50 km/h (pedelecs with approval, insurance and pedal support also over 25km/h) a special approval of the tyres is necessary. Schwalbe recommends e-bike tyres with the ECE-R75 approval valid throughout Europe for these bikes.

ADDIX
ADDIX is also available as a Performance compound. The compound is very durable and meets a wide range of requirements. Similar to ADDIX Speedgrip it is a universal compound, but the tyres are not quite as light and not quite as fast as the Evolution Line.
