The Modell 1 Women’s Bike by Vortrieb – Innovation and tradition
The Modell 1 women’s bike with a lowered frame, a complete in-house development under our brand Vortrieb, is intended for modern everyday and leisure cyclists. At its heart is Racktime’s revolutionary Wingee fender rack system, which we combine with extremely high-quality and durable equipment: an Alfine 11-speed internally geared hub with Gates belt drive, Supernova lighting, Ergon contact points – all the finest and 100% our thing. The Modell 1 for women does justice to the German word Vortrieb, which translates to ” propulsion” : the frame is stiff and effectively converts every pedal stroke into forward motion. The rigid fork and wide handlebars ensure reactive handling. The brakes work phenomenally. The seating position is sporty and central. Here we remain true to ourselves as well as the brand’s name – and that is simply consistent.
Vortrieb is part of the DNA of bike-components, as this brand has been under our roof for over 10 years. However, like everything with lasting value, it has to move forward with the times. This is why we have decided to focus on the increasingly relevant topic of local mobility and leisure activities.
