The Vortrieb Modell 1 Campus Edition bike for women is practically the ” little sister” of our popular Modell 1, which has similar genes, just not quite as pronounced. The Campus Edition comes with a durable and high-quality Alfine 8-speed internally geared hub with a chain. The lighting comes from busch+müller and Herrmans. Already known from its siblings are the revolutionary Racktime Wingee fender rack system, the sloped top tube geometry and the contact points developed in-house.
Of course, Modell 1 Campus for women also lives up to the name Vortrieb, which translates to propulsion: the frame is stiff and effectively converts every pedal stroke into forward motion. The rigid fork and wide handlebars ensure reactive handling. The brakes work phenomenally. The seating position is sporty and central. Here we remain true to ourselves as well as the brand’s name – and that is simply consistent.
