The Modell 1 Campus Edition Bike by Vortrieb – With 8-speed hub gears
With the Vortrieb Model 1 Campus Edition men’s bike, we are providing our popular Modell 1 with a ” little brother” – very similar genes, just not quite as pronounced. The Campus Edition features a high-quality and durable Shimano Alfine 8-speed internally geared with a chain. The lighting comes from busch+müller and Herrmans. Already known from its siblings are the revolutionary Racktime Wingee fender rack system, the geometry and the contact points developed in-house.
Of course, Modell 1 Campus also lives up to the name Vortrieb, which translates to propulsion: the frame is stiff and effectively converts every pedal stroke into forward motion. The rigid fork and wide handlebars ensure reactive handling. The brakes work phenomenally. The seating position is sporty and central. Here we remain true to ourselves as well as the brand’s name – and that is simply consistent.

Vortrieb is part of the DNA of bike-components, as this brand has been under our roof for over 10 years. However, like everything with lasting value, it has to move forward with the times.
