Mavic E-Deemax 35 6-bolt Disc 27.5″ Boost Wheelset

The Mavic E-Deemax 35 wheelset for motorised 27.5″ enduro bikes with 6-bolt disc brakes has 35 mm wide aluminium rims. These are tubeless, highly durable and contribute to a puncture-free ride thanks to their special rim flange design. The wheels rotate around boost hubs with self-adjusting bearings and were each spoked with 28 straight pull spokes.

Made exclusively for Mavic, this lightweight and strong aluminium alloy offers a higher strength-to-weight ratio than standard 6106 aluminium. Maxtal rims are 30% stiffer and weigh less than other aluminium rims.

SUP
SUP means Soudé Usiné Process and creates a much more stable and smoother rim joint. The rim joint is welded and then milled over to achieve an even braking surface. SUP prevents any brake judder and facilitates spoking and centring of the wheel.

Pinch Flat Protection
Rims with PFP technology have a larger contact area at the top of the sidewall, which reduces the risk of tyre punctures and blowouts by about 20%. It is an innovation used exclusively on e-bike wheels.

QRM Auto
QRM Auto stands for Qualité de Roulements Mavic Auto, and is the latest bearing innovation from Mavic. These cartridge bearings with C3 internal clearance are double sealed. Their bearing clearance is automatically adjusted to guarantee smooth running without any play at all times.

Instant Drive 360
The Instant Drive 360 freehub system is super light and ensures fast power transfer with an engagement angle of only 9° (road) or 15° (MTB). A large, non-contact rubber seal reduces friction.
