Loctite 243 is a universally applicable, medium-strength thread locker. This product secures screws, nuts and stud bolts against loosening due to vibrations and seals at the same time. It is suitable for all metals, including passive materials such as stainless steel, aluminium and galvanised surfaces. It has proven tolerance to low levels of contamination from industrial oils, e.g. engine, anti-corrosion and cutting oils.
