The Exploro RaceMax Boost from 3T is a carbon e-gravel bike with powerful MAHLE X20 rear-wheel drivetrain and electronic SRAM Rival XPLR components. It is also equipped with agile 27.5-inch wheels. The powerful MAHLE e-bike battery, which powers the rear wheel hub motor, disappears into the down tube of the frame. There is an iWOC switch on the top tube with which you can switch the motor on and off and select between the three support levels Eco, Medio and Turbo.
The carbon frame has a particularly slim head tube that nevertheless holds the fork with a sturdy 1.5-inch steerer tube. At the same time, the fork is equipped with a reduced fork crown for better aerodynamics. The lowered chainstays offer space for wide gravel tyres. Like the handlebars, the streamlined Checkpoint Charlie seatpost is made of carbon and is attached with an internal, self-aligning seatpost clamp. For adverse conditions, you will find options for attaching fenders to equip yourself for splashing water or mud if necessary.

Optimising the length of the seat tube is just as important as every gram of weight on the strenuous climbs that you will ride on your Exploro. However, ensuring safety is significantly more important. If you want to shorten the tube, use the checkpoint on the seat tube to determine whether the minimum inner length has been reached.
